Why doesn't curley like Lennie

In part two of mice of men  on page 26-27. I was interested when Curley was being mean to Lennie and I was interested to find out why. "we jus' come in," said Lennie softly. Curley stared levelly at him. "Well, nex' time you answer when your spoke to. Pg 26-27. I think that Curley might be mean to Lennie because he doesn’t want any compaction with his wife knowing she is the only girl on the farm and Lennie is big and strong. I also believe that Curley might be mean to Lennie because he might not like him because of his intellectual disabilities, and how he look and talks to others. That is my reasoning for why Curley doesn’t like Lennie.
