Why does George not want Lennie close to Curly's wife?

I believe that George doesn't want George to get close to Curly's wife because then it will get them kicked out again. Also if he hooks up with her then Curly which is the boss might kick them off of the ranch and they won't be able to work again. All this is because George wants to keep his job and he wants to earn money for a fun night during the weekends. This means that if Lennie gets them kicked out of the farm they might never find work again because they would have earned a reputation of bad work and "harassment"  as the people in weed would say but is reality he just wanted to feel the dress. I believe that these are the reasons that George doesn't want Lennie close to Curly's wife.

Does anyone else have any reasons?
